Leadership Douglas County (LDC) was founded in 1999 and is a nonprofit leadership program open to individuals who live or work in Douglas County, Colorado. LDC is for established and emerging leaders who want to take a deep dive into local issues, network with top leaders in the region and enhance their opportunities to civic engagement.
